A complex fraction  is a fraction within a fraction. If it is an easy enough problem you will just flip and multiply, and cancel as needed. But if it is a harder problem you will  multiply by 1 in the form of LCD/ LCD, distribute the LCD and then clear each fraction. Here are some examples:
